Hey there, and thank you for your question! You would be stuck with the random set for the rest of the game, unless you submit an application by the 30th. We've discussed allowing people to swap out their second or third level powers before they reach that level, but we're not 100% sure we'll allow it yet and you can't change your first level at all.
