I doubt he’d be able to get her moving or anything, but she’s the place Nero lives in most of the time during his job, and it has a great oldies jukebox that plays vinyls still. He’d also argue she’d be a good decoration and addition to the city overall, because he’s a dumb boy who worked on her and he still loves to tinker now and then.
